Terms and Conditions Buyback Bonus SETA

1. Organizer

This promotion is organized by SETA, a registered brand operating under the laws of the State of Florida, United States.

2. Promotion period

The promotion will run from November 3 to November 30, 2025, or while digital bonus codes last, whichever occurs first.

 

3. Scope

Valid for purchases made at the SETA physical store in Miami (Coconut Grove) and through the official online store setaapparel.com


4. Eligibility

  • Valid only for individual consumers, aged 18 or older, who are legal residents of the United States.
  • Not valid for SETA employees, affiliated agencies, or their immediate family members.

 

5. How to participate

During the promotion period:

  • For every purchase of USD $400 or more in collection pieces at full price (no discounts or promotions), the customer will receive a digital bonus of USD $100.
  • The bonus will be sent digitally to the email or contact information registered at the time of purchase.
  • Each qualifying invoice will generate one single bonus.

 

6. How to redeem the bonus

  • The USD $100 bonus may be redeemed on a single purchase of USD $300 or more in collection pieces at full price.
  • The bonus can be redeemed between December 1 and December 31, 2025.
  • The bonus can be transferred to another person, but it is valid for one-time use only.
  • Only one bonus can be applied per invoice.
  • The bonus cannot be combined with other discounts, promotions, or active codes.
  • The bonus is not valid on discounted, promotional, or outlet products.
  • It cannot be redeemed for cash, partially used, or split across multiple purchases.
  • If the redemption purchase exceeds USD $300, the bonus amount will be deducted from the total, and the customer will pay the difference.
  • In case of a full or partial return of the original purchase that generated the bonus, SETA reserves the right to cancel or adjust the bonus value accordingly.

 

7. Exclusions

  • Not valid on discounted or promotional items, outlet products, or special collaborations.
  • Not applicable to the purchase of gift cards.
  • Not valid on past or future transactions outside the campaign period.

 

8. Bonus validity

  • Issued bonuses may be redeemed only between December 1 and December 31, 2025.
  • After this date, the bonuses will automatically expire with no refund or compensation.

SETA is not responsible for technical issues, connectivity errors, misuse of the bonus, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control that may affect the proper execution of the promotion.

 

12. Modification or cancellation

SETA reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this promotion at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of fraud, force majeure, or operational or legal reasons.

 

13. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Florida and the federal laws of the United States. Any dispute arising from this promotion shall be submitted to the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
