Seta Apparel is looking for a full-time Wholesale Director to support sales to boutiques, and department stores.

With two stores in Miami, USA located in Brickell City Centre and CityPlace Doral, Medellin and Bogota, Colombia. We are looking to hire an experienced Wholesale Director to help us keep growing.
- Work with existing store managers and buyers to improve sell-through performance, conduct trainings, and run events.
- Create, measure, analyze and report on all key performance indicators, and provide recommendations to leadership as needed.
- Routinely travel to key accounts for trainings, product demos, and events
- Travel to and manage trade show exhibits around the country.
- Research and identify prospects and follow through the entire sales cycle to ensure successful conversion and sell-through.
- Analyze performance and impact of product and marketing investments to determine impact and ROI.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree OR equivalent experience required.
- 3+ years of fashion B2B sales experience
- Ability to communicate clearly both written and verbal, excellent grammar and clear, concise writing ability
- Superior organizational and sales skills; ability to work on multiple projects
- Comprehensive understanding of the digital ecosystem and how channels work together
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Superlative product knowledge, passion for excellent product design
- Ability to work a flexible schedule when business needs arise
